What are the shipping and delivery times?


We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.

Standard UK delivery time: 2- 8 business days (subject to updates based on supplier times).

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in shipping, we will notify you via email or phone.


How can I track my package?


Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be available in your order details. You will also receive an email with the tracking number.

What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed and I still haven’t received my order?

If you receive a damaged product, please take a clear picture of the item and email it to us at info@fitfusion-essentials.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly assist you in replacing your item.


Can I return my product for a refund?


Yes! We offer a 15 -day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
